Excelerate Software, Inc. helps Anaheim Union High School District greatly cut PC energy consumption with no out-of-pocket expense |
San Juan Capistrano, CA (August 17, 2009) – Excelerate Software, Inc., a provider of PC power management software, today announced that Anaheim Union High School District has deployed Excelerate Software’s PowerPro Manager™ on 10,000 of its networked PCs.
Excelerate Software, Inc., a software developer, is offering organizations a computer power management software program designed to significantly reduce energy expenditure and reduce their carbon footprint.
“Initially, Anaheim Union High School District wasn’t aware that their utility companies, Anaheim City Power and Southern California Edison, offered rebates to school districts and companies who installed this power-saving software,” said Mr. Mendoza. Anaheim Union High School District took advantage of these rebate offers and therefore, had no out-of-pocket expense for this software.
