February 2010 - Excelerate Software is approved as an approved software vendor by Nevada Energy for their Network PC Rebate Program.

January 2010 - PowerPro Manager provides a Disk and CPU monitor and alerting feature as well as a disk drive SMART analysis. The PowerPro Manager client software will send out email alerts when pre-defined thresholds are exceeded. 

January 2010 - PowerPro Manager provides a software/hardware inventory module. The PowerPro Manager client software will collect software and hardware inventory on a daily basis to forward to the console for reporting purposes.

August 2009 – PowerPro Manager Console supports multi-threading to push out the configuration files to 1000s of workstations at the same time to support Enterprise environments.

August 2009 – PowerPro Manager Console supports Microsoft SQL database for local and remote databases. During the installation of the PowerPro Manager console software you can select to use MS Express database or SQL Enterprise database.

July 2009 – PowerPro Manger supports multiple Wake On Lan Proxies per network segment and automatically registers VLAN network segments with the central console

 

July 2009 – PowerPro Manager supports waking up individual workstations from a Web Page. Remore users can access a web page to Wake Up thier workstations via a web page.

June 2009 – Excelerate Software announces a program to provide a pre-configured server with installations of 500 or more workstations

March 2009 – PowerPro Managers adds support for a Tier II level of power savings control providing a more grandular control of power settings.

Feb. 2009 – PowerPro Manager supports Wake On Lan features across VLANs using Wake On Lan Proxy technology.

Feb. 2009 – PowerPro Manager supports Wake On Lan technology to wake up windows workstations and Macintosh computers individually or from a specific group schedule.

Jan. 2009 – PowerPro Manager adds support for a Power Savings Schedule to define business hours and non-business hours. The Power Savings schedule will allow power savings after normal business hours thereby reducing the number of support calls about workstations going into power savings mode during normal business hours.

Jan. 2009 – Excelerate Software is approved as a software vendor by Southern California, Pacific Gas and Electric and San Diego Gas and Electric for their Network PC Rebate Program.

Nov. 2008 – Excelerate Software releases PowerPro Manager for Macintosh to manage the power settings of networked Macintosh workstations and laptops from a central console.
